If you have rented this apartment previously and were a great guest you are eligible to book directly and save over the platform rate and a lower cleaning fee.
Airbnb charges 15.5% fees on all bookings. We reduce our nightly rate accordingly for direct bookings and pass the savings on to our guests.
Book Direct and Save
If you have rented our apartment previously and were a great guest are eligible to book direct without a security deposit.
If you have not rented our apartment previously you may book directly by providing a $500 refundable security deposit at check-in. Security deposits, less any fees noted for extra cleaning, damage repair or replacement of missing items, will be refunded within 10 business days.
2-6 nights $75 per night + $50 cleaning fee per stay.
7-28 nights 10% off nightly rate + $50 cleaning fee per stay.
Reservation Requirements
Names & phone numbers of adult guests and a reservation deposit in the amount of 50% nightly rate for each night included in the reservation which will be applied to your rent due at check-in.
Cancel up to 4 weeks prior to your check-in date, your reservation deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancle up to 1 week prior to your check-in date, your reservation date, 50% of your reservation deposit will be refunded.
Back to Back Reservations
When available, back to back reservations may be made that do not extend the 28 day stay limit.. The owners reserve the right to conduct a walk through during any rental term to check on maintenance issues before agreeing to accept a back to back reservation.
Payment of Rent and Cleaning Fees
Rent for the entire stay along with the cleaning fee shall be paid on the check-in date by cash or Zelle (for Zelle use owners phone number 503-313-2913).
