Book Direct and Save
Airbnb and VRBO charges fees on all bookings. We reduce our nightly rate accordingly for direct bookings, and pass the savings on to our guests.
Direct Booking Eligability
If you have rented our apartment previously and were a great guest are eligible to book direct.
If you have a steller reveiew history on Airbnb. You may book direct.
If you do not have a steller review history or have not rented with us in the past, we may be able to accommodate your request, if you agree to a prescreening interview by phone, a refundable security deposit, and provide a valid government ID at check-in. Let me know if you would like to do that.
Direct Booking Rates
2-6 nights $75 per night + $50 cleaning fee per stay.
7-28 nights 10% off nightly rate + $50 cleaning fee per stay.
Reservation Requirements
Reserving the apartment in advance, will ensure that the apartment is available to you when you want it, and prevent us from booking other guests during your desired dates. Reservations require a depoist that will be used towards your stay or refunded as described below.
Names & phone numbers of adult guests and a reservation deposit in the amount of 50% nightly rate for each night included in the reservation.
Cancel up to 14 days prior to your check-in date, your reservation deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancel up to 7-14 days prior to your check-in date, your reservation date, 50% of your reservation deposit will be refunded.
Cancel 1-6 days prior to your check-in date, no refund will be made
Back to Back Reservations
When available, back to back reservations may be made that do not extend our 28 day stay limit. The owners reserve the right to conduct a walk through during any rental term to check on maintenance issues before accepting a back to back reservation.
Payment of Rent and Cleaning Fees
Rent for the entire stay along with the cleaning fee shall be paid by the check-in date by cash or Zelle (for Zelle use owners phone number 503-313-2913).
