Heat & AC
Turn down heat when leaving the apartment
Close windows when heat or AC on
AC units may not be moved
Close and lock both keyless door locks and windows, lower heat, turn off AC, and turn off electrc fireplace before leaving
Burning incense or candles or use of diffusers is not allowed
Do not pour oil or grease down the drains. Use the metal bowl and coffee filters provided under the kitchen sink and dispose cooled grease in the trash can
Only toilet paper in the toilet. No wipes, sanitary products or other items may be flushed.
Do not wear high heels or shoes with spikes. They damage vinyl flooring
Do not move the TV, big pieces of furniture or wall art
Do not hang anything on the walls
Guests may not have US Postal mail delivered to the house address
Guests may have Amazon, food and other deliveries directed to the guest apartment door using the house address
The shop is for the owner's use only
The washer and dryer is for guests personal items only
Please do not launder owner owned linens or towels. If fresh linens and towels are wanted, ask to exchange used items for fresh
Our low cleaning fee covers basic cleaning and sanitizing between guests. If you leave a mess or cause damage you may be charged for extra cleaning or damage repair
