Airbnb: 14% - 16% commission paid by guest
VRBO: 5% commission + 3% processing fee paid by guest
Low cleaning fees: $50
Cancellation Policy: Direct, Airbnb & VRBO
When you make a reservation, those dates are blocked preventing others from booking those dates.
Cancel up to 30 days prior to your check-in date for a 100% refund.
Cancel up to 14 days prior to your check-in date, your reservation date, 50% of your reservation deposit will be refunded.
Cancel 1-6 days prior to your check-in date, no refund will be made
Back to Back Reservations
When available, back to back reservations may be made that do not extend beyond our 28 day stay limit. The owners reserve the right to schedule a walk through during any rental term to check on maintenance issues before accepting a back to back reservation.
